If you’re not already familiar, Poolhouse Group is the hospitality company behind Gadzooks Enchiladas & Soup<\/i>, led by Aaron Pool. <\/p>\n

Poolboy Taco has gained popularity by making appearances at local events and the Aspen Food & Wine Festival.<\/p>\n

The new standalone restaurant is said to take over the former Gadzooks near 40th Street & Camelback Road. The menu focuses on \u201cpersonality-driven tacos\u201d served on the restaurant\u2019s signature \u201c50\/50\u201d tortilla that\u2019s a blend of corn and flour.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe namesake Poolboy Taco sets the tone with tomatillo chicken, sweet-and-spicy cornbread, jalape\u00f1o ranch, honey glaze, and cotija,\u201d read the news release sent to ABC15 announcing the location\u2019s opening date. Other featured tacos on the menu include:<\/p>\n
