Chandler police are reporting multiple power lines down near downtown.
7:45 p.m.
The ground stop at Phoenix Sky Harbor has been lifted early, but expect flight delays as incoming and outgoing flights get caught up from the groundstop.
More storms are forecast through the evening which could further hinder flights at the airport.
